Surrounded by the natural beauty of our serene rural community and an abundance of wild mushrooms, we cultivate unique indoor and outdoor mushroom varieties. Our focus is to provide our local and broader communities with premium gourmet and functional mushrooms, and empower them to grow their own mushrooms at home.

Local Delivery & Farmers Markets

We deliver locally on Anderson Island year round and can be found at farmers markets in the summers. Delivery off island can be arranged for the right situation.

Sustainable Agriculture

Mushrooms are an extremely sustainable crop. Mushroom farming is much easier on our environment than most any other types of agriculture and farming. Fungi can convert the waste and byproducts from other forms of agriculture into nutrients that they can thrive and grow off of, making them an exceptionally efficient crop. Mushroom cultivation only requires a very small amount of electrical power, and the carbon dioxide emissions from mushroom agriculture is very low, and can decrease our carbon footprint. Basically, they are the perfect crop for sustainable agriculture and limit overall environmental impact.
