Havin' a Good Time
Moontime is Billy and Rachel, growing gourmet and functional mushrooms on Anderson Island in Washington’s South Sound. Started in 2023 with a few logs and a hunch. Now it’s multiple varieties at the markets, a friendly partnership with HerDirt Farms down the road, and the slow good fortune of getting to do this on an island we love. Billy grows and creates. Rachel handles whatever else needs hands.
